Pricing policy

How We Price Garage Door Repairs

Where the price ranges on this site come from, what goes into a quote, and the promises we make about pricing. Last reviewed October 2026.

How it works

From first call to final bill

  1. On the phone: you describe what the door is doing and we give you a realistic price range.
  2. On site: the technician inspects the whole door and writes up a quote listing each part and the labor.
  3. Your decision: nothing is done until you approve. Optional items are marked as optional.
  4. Your invoice: matches the approved quote, with warranty terms in writing.

Our promises

What we won’t do

  • Quote a low teaser price on the phone and change it on site without explaining why
  • Replace parts that still have life in them without telling you
  • Use “today only” pressure pricing
  • Ask for a large deposit on a repair
